Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy

Public Workshop registrations cancelled more than seven calendar days before the scheduled Workshop date receive a full refund. If the complimentary book has already shipped, the refund is the registration fee minus $100 for the book and shipping.

Registrations cancelled within seven calendar days of the Workshop are not refunded, but receive a credit to attend another available public Workshop scheduled within the following 12 months, subject to availability. The credit is the registration fee minus $100 for the book and shipping.

Registrations cancelled within 48 hours of the Workshop are not eligible for a refund or credit.

A registration may also be transferred to another participant before the Workshop begins by contacting us in advance.

The included 12-month Integrated Assurance Academy access begins on the scheduled Workshop date, and the complimentary copy of Integrated Assurance: Unified Risk Strategy is fulfilled as part of the registration package.

If Integrated Assurance cancels or reschedules a Workshop, registered participants may transfer their registration to the rescheduled Workshop or another available public Workshop, or request a full refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Any complimentary book that has already been shipped does not need to be returned; its $100 book and shipping cost is deducted as described above.
