IAMM
A practical way to see how assurance operates.
Participants are introduced to the Integrated Assurance Maturity Model (IAMM), a structured way of looking at how assurance works across six enterprise domains:
- Governance
- Architecture & Engineering
- IT & Engineering Operations
- Risk, Compliance & Audit
- Metrics & Reporting
- Culture & Collaboration
The outcome
Leave with a gap identified and a pilot designed.
By the end of the workshop, participants identify a meaningful assurance gap in their organization and design a potential 60–90 day Integrated Assurance pilot to address it.
